Giuseppe Crescenzi
Giuseppe leads Fanex with an obsession for metrics, markets, and YouTube dashboards. After years of Abruzzo parties, he now goes to bed at 11 PM and spends his days filling the team with numbers and Y Combinator videos, which the team promptly ignores. Every day he tries to sell us on Milan, but fortunately he reads YouTube Studio data much better than he promotes cities.
Giuseppe Vitale
Peppone is the developer who seems not to work only because he's too fast to be seen. A Calabrian transplanted to Barcelona to avoid homesickness, every two weeks you find him with a suitcase in hand because he needs to relax. At Fanex he holds together data, creators, and product with the same ease with which in his free time he manages IT departments for HR at multinationals.
Samuele Di Giacomo
Samuele keeps the team's rhythm inside and outside Fanex. Drums, beach volleyball, and Sunday church while we're still looking for coffee. He travels in a camper as if it were a mobile office and organizes epic parties on the Bologna hills with the same calm with which he manages our database. When he's not analyzing data or fixing flows, he volunteers in Africa and reminds us that the product only works if people work better.
Marco Lecchi
Marco is the first creator who believed in the project and our window into the YouTube world. He communicates with precision, transfers concrete experience, and helps guide Fanex. He chooses a restaurant like he chooses a strategy: filters noise, evaluates variables, and always points to the option that suits everyone best, which is why restaurant choice among team members is up to him alone.
Michele Aquila
Michele comes from the world of cinema and music, which allows him to immediately understand which creators have potential. He keeps contacts alive, finds concrete opportunities, and brings useful signals to grow product and revenue. He works calmly, connects the right people, and pushes projects without ever complicating anything.
Stefano Ciprietti
Stefano enters and changes the air. He comes from the world of motorcycles and years of evenings with Giuseppe, bringing the same acceleration to Fanex. He sets music, rhythm, and jokes while the rest of the team chases the flow, transforming every project into a fast lap rather than a meeting. He lives in New York, has done some radio, and considers networking a competitive sport.
